bioView3D

bioView3D visualizes in 3D images with up to 5 dimensions (3D + channels + time). Aka, confocal laser scannig stacks. It also visualizes graphical annotations in form of XML GObjects, exports fly over video and accesses Bisque database on a common desktop computer.
